Pujyapad Puri Shankaracharyaji explains that if we are walking in the fog, we must not be afraid.

When we are in thick fog, we wonder how we shall reach our destination. However, even in the heaviest of fog, we can see ten steps ahead. We must take only those ten steps, that are within the scope of our vision. As we walk further – ten steps at a time, we start progressing little by little. We move forward on our path.

Maybe there is just one other person walking with you or supporting you. That is fine. Maybe no one walks with you and you have to keep moving on alone. That is also fine!

Listen to this song composed by Rabindranath Tagore.

He says we must keep walking even if we are alone. As we walk alone, the path shall be paved and others will ultimately join us.

In the past, our Rajas were so dedicated to dharma and upasana, a single person would have the strength of 8 Vasus, 11 Rudras and 12 Adityas. We must try to maintain a strong sadhana and we shall find our way to create a support with the strength of Bhagavan and dharma.
