Sweet Poison
< 1 minute read
“Dhriti” implies self-disciple, contentment and patience.
In the Bhagavadgita “dhriti” is described as the power that energizes the activities of our body, mind, senses, prana and antahakarana.
We need an extreme level of patience and steadfastness to walk on the path of dharma and attain Ishwara.
Today’s “development” is sweet poison since every person has access to all kinds of conveniences through technology and, this has made him incapable of having the patience required to walk on the path of dharma and Ishvara.
If you wish to grow spiritually and walk on the dharmic path, cultivate patience, steadfastness, self-discipline, and contentment.
