There is no stealing of fruit in sanatana dharma. The path of advancement in this world as well as the after-world, and the attainment of moksha is available for all. This is not limited due to the varnasharama system. The system ensures that there is no obstacle to growth of talent, there is clear demarcation of one’s rights and duties and no madness in the name of progress or outcry of wanting everybody’s rights in everything.
