We Hindus are overwhelmed with problems on all fronts, in every other aspect of living and practicing our traditions. From the sorry and polluted state of our sacred river Ganga, the conversion of our sacred dhams into tourist spots with the destruction of ancient Pauranic temples, government control of temples, the vicious caste politics, destruction of nature, slaughter of our sacred cow, ethnic cleansing of Hindus from various regions within Bharat and more. The situation is such that even if we decide to take up one issue and fight for it, ten others prop up in the course.
Pujyapad Puri Shankaracharyaji says that all the issues we face today, some of which are mentioned above, are only symptoms of the real problem. At the root of all issues Hindus are facing, is the directionless of Vyaspeeth, of the Guru gaddi (seat of the Shankaracharya). This is a result of the strategy of the British. The government is directionless and there are no common principles between the government and Vyaspeeth (in other words the government is not aligned with dharmic values and systems).
Due to this, we are witnessing cow slaughter, sorry state of Gangaji, fall of Brahmins, etc.
As per tradition, it is the responsibility of Shankaracharyas to rule over the rulers. The British made efforts to destroy the traditional lineage of Shankaracharya, hence we are seeing such result.
If Vyaspeeth purifies and corrects its course, and at least one Acharya starts following His responsibility (as assigned by Sri Adi Shankaracharyaji), it is possible to protect cows & other issues Hindus face in Bharat.
Pujyapad expresses the difficulty faced today. He, in role of Shankaracharya has to support the cleaning of Ganga, protecting cows, protecting the modesty of women, defending the border, etc. There are so many issues and they are only growing each day. All fronts are open and there are not enough people to take care of these fronts.
Thus, one must understand that all these issues that Hindus face are the destructive result of the problem and not the root problem itself. If the Acharyas fulfil their responsibility properly and the government considers their authority, then all the important symbols shall be protected and society shall form in a desirable way with a good governance.
No matter how much we struggle, in the current scenario we can only preserve the seed of gauvansh and such symbols of of sanatana dharma.
The solution to all these issues is a governance based on sanatana dharma – what we call a Hindu Rashtra, Dharma Rajya, Ram Rajya.
